My ISP is telstra so I got onto telstra 24/7 chat to fix my email. As my email is yahoo.com.au, they gave me 1800 958 231 as the yahoo help phone number.
I got a quick answer by Mark Robinson; can he take over my computer; ok. Macpatchers Pty Ltd box eventually comes up. He shows me error messages on my pc and says some jargon about network problems and that I need to buy a CISCO program for $199. Wow, sounds like a scam to me and what is he doing while controlling my computer?
I disconnect both computer and phone. Later fixed my email settings using yahoo on line help in Microsoft Outlook and all now working ok.
